Simple really - I registered on Topix, checked my car and noted SOTA is turned on for my car. So, I tried updating the vehicle software today, and firstly got a message saying "Content inhibited" then just got the "checking for updates" going around and around, but no update download.

Has anyone managed to download anything?

Once you have enabled SOTA on TOPIx with the slider you will need to check for update on vehicle. It will still say no update, then refresh TOPIx to see what is currently installed, and then you can select latest level to be installed. Check on the vehicle again and then it should give you the option to download

Once you log in to TOPIx, make sure you are using new features of TOPIx view

Enter your chassis number, then there should be a link in the top right hand corner to view all vehicle details. The software tab is on there

Thanks very much - your help is greatly appreciated. Sadly, I have the same browser issue as most others, and the software tab doesn't appear in any browser I have tried. But at least I know I'm on the right track!
