I guess with any cars that are older (even well looked after), you'll be spending a good few K each year on upkeep, servicing and repairs anyway. |

My Vogue TDV8 has 149k miles on the clock...124k when I bought it. It has been no more expensive to keep than much lower mileage 'normal' cars. Mileage with our cars bothers me far less than condition and a detailed service history...and I do not mean just LR's service history...a good independent can make a world of difference! The fact that this car has got to this mileage suggests it has been well looked after. That all said...the price is more than i would want to pay? |

It’s very cheap for a 64 plate car. Although the mileage wouldn’t put me off so as much as the “Overfinch” badge. A once highly respected Range Rover performance enhancer, reduced to marketing tacky aftermarket body kits |

The 4.4L SDV8 L405 are impressively long-lasting, some here have over 175K miles and there are even non-member owners running +200.000 miles ones with original engine and Gbox. l=Oo\________/oO=l l:OolΞΞΞΞΞΞΞloO:l

I personally wouldn’t worry about the mileage. Only thing that worries me with buying high mileage cars is come selling time everyone wants it for nothing.

I think it may have gone now anyway. But, there seem to be plenty of L405’s, that haven’t been cosmetically messed about with, with 90-120,000 miles, for only £2-3,000 more.

another catch with high mile cars is that they cost the same to insure as a low-mile car.

And when it comes to p/x you get royally kicked in the proverbials. £4000 for my 08 TDV8 with 155000 miles. |
