Adjusting the preset volume when streaming

Hello
Is it possible to adjust the volume/sensitivity level when streaming music?
On my iPhone I have a certain volume for listening to music in my headset. When streaming music I either have to crank up the volume on the phone or on the stereo.
It is quite annoying when:
a. I stop listening to spotify and switch to radio - (feels like my ears will come off)
b. When leaving the car and putting the headset on and forgets to lower the volume.

I hope you understand the question. It is for a 2013 AB Range Rover 5.0 SC AB 2013 L405 Orkney grey with Santorini black roof

the L322 has the ability to have different volumes for different sources, does yours not have this?

extract from the owners manual,
Source Memory allows personal settings to be memorised for individual audio sources
