I've had Duratracs on my 2102 WM (in that size) and 405 as my winter tyres and have been happy. They are a bit noisier than the summer road tyres, and the higher rolling resistance means fuel consumption is higher. I drive more gently when I have them on, as braking distances are longer and grip is less, other than off road of course. On the positive side they have been fine both in wintry conditions and off road (farm tracks and fields) and are pretty durable too. While they are LR homologated, which must be helpful from an insurance perspective, I tell my insurers and they have a lower speed rating than the standard road tyres, I think the 19" size is 112mph rated, the 20s are 99mph.
