both look nice but just not my taste i.e the big wheel look BUT if i was going to go for that type of wheel maybe a secondhand set of overfinch wheels and get them refurbed they are still big and classy and in keeping with the FFRR onto no6 Range Rover

Do you mean these one's Adrian , ( No 4 picture ) Range Rover New 20 inch, Diamond Turned, Twin 7-spoke would it be the same problem with water penetration as i think these are diamond cut http://www.landrover.co.uk/gb/en/vehicles/...height=332 |

Yes these are diamond cut too. It is possible but less likely as OEM however always a risk. I had BBS split rims (not on my RR) where the lacquer got water penetration and it really annoyed me. The Autobiograpghy are a new and very rare wheel and i have not had any feedback to it being a problem with it yet. I am waiting for the good weather until i put mine on but i will probally only run them for a few months and then change them. The other type i have is the Chrome ones below

If the Diamond cut wheels ended up with water Penetration , would they be able to be refurbed , as i wont be changing the wheels they will be kept on all year round . |

Yes Mick, you can refurbish but not a £20p/wheel smart repair type. It will need a £60 proper job which will involve a strip down (the wheel not you!!) and bake. You probally wont get any penetration for the first couple of years if any unless you use £10 car valeters using acid cleaning products or kerb / scuff the alloys which break down the lacquer.

Look better in the Pics than on the car imho. Also will be more common over the next 12 months if LR actually sell some cars . |
