Hi all - I finally got my IIDTool working (by cracking it open and pushing the two PCBs back together) and found these persistent faults.

0x462 Purge valve output drive fault
0x48C Electric thermostat circuit fault

Q1 - why dont IID codes line up with standard LR or ORDBII codes? I assumed they were in octal at first due to the "0x" notation, but that doesnt work out either. It sure makes searching harder.

Q2 - I understand the electric thermostat will fail to a conventional unit, so no huge urgency there. I am sure it can function as a conventional unit adequately unless towing uphill in summer. I will follow the RSW video to replace that unit (https://www.rswsolutions.com/index.php/mkiii-repair-videos/423-range-rover-mkiii-replace-electric-thermostat).

Q3 - Purge valve output - Rave tells me this vents tank fumes into combustion, but I cant tell if the power supply has failed or the purge valve motor has failed. Looking for ideas to test/replace?

Importantly - Rave also says in (attached pic) that both these components are powered off the same line and fuse, so that is a coincidence?
