I know some of you guys have taken the Rangies across France. We're trying to book a holiday for Easter, and thinking of driving down to the South of France, and renting a Gite or staying in a Chateau. Any suggestions for regions or general advice would be welcome, just too much choice out there!

you probably know this already but you cant go via the tunnel because of your lpg setup.

It's an awesome country with so much to see. We generally hit the South West coast, all depends what you want.. of course generally speaking the further south the better the weather.

I drove Manchester to Cannes a couple of years ago. I did it in one go (about 20 hours) but it was a great run. The toll roads in France are like a racetrack. No need to worry about the speed camera's
