Well, I pulled the PDC module out, took it apart, the contacts on the plugs showed signs of corrosion, opened up the unit, in the bottom is green corrosion , the board had corrosion on it, cleaned it up, but on close inspection, you can see there is damage there, as it’s gone black. Replacement found on eBay, same P/N £80. I suspect water has got in, seems to be a common problem, my board is not as bad as some I’ve seen pictures of, rust has got in. Hopefully this is the issue, will VHB the back of the replacement unit, stick it back on sideways, stop water ingress. The 3 connectors also showed signs of corrosion. Will see if this fixes the problem.

Hi - did your replacement module fix the issue?

I bought a used one, plugged it in, everything worked for 5 days, zero issues, drove the car in a downpour, and everything stopped again, opened up the replaced PDC, dry!

This may help. Covers the whole issue and includes comprehensive remedial actions.
