Front bag /sevice day not quite

Well today all the parts are here
My list to do
Full sevice , front airbag, rear brake sevice
And the result was
Full sevice - completed
Found the second sump plug ( rusty ) who put it there what a pill , used the tube off my oil drain pan to guide the oil flow ,worked well
The fuel filter is done much easier if you remove the housing and 2/3 pipes ( top tip ) make sure you locate the filter into
it's recess then it secures no problem
Rear brake service on hold wrong parts recieved

Front air bag - off to tripal garage , the reason
The bottom bolt is solid it needs heat which I don't have the others flew off including the bottom nut but as I was messing on I noticed the track control arm ball joint is u/s and the drop link doesn't look to clever and ball joint looks like it's solid
When I say tight I mean my 560 nm hammer gun was starting to burn out and my 5ft scaffy bar and breaker bar where bending

The parts waiting to go on and the essentials

Well
Back from my excellent garage today
NSF airbag replaced
NSF drop link done
NSF bottom ball joint done
Rear brakes serviced and rear carriers unseized - the reason for the wear indicator
Also checked over for MOT and believe this or not we are back in on Tuesday for a rear drop link it's not there the two ball joints are but there's nothing in between then off to get tested
The garage said they had the bottom airbag bolt glowing white hot and there biggest mell to get the bolt out
Well I knew it was seized Rolling with laughter
But a bit surprised about the rear drop link
Also had to calibrate the the suspension as I was out a bit but overall well pleased Thumbs Up
