Bearings on Prop

Gents I have a vibration that kicks in about 65mph and goes all the way through the speed range - it is in the steering wheel and the body of the car There is also a whumpf whumpf noise at 50 mph so I am guessing that it is a rear wheel bearing but wondered how many bearing there are on the prop as may change both rear hub bearings but also bearing on the prop or if anyone has any other ideas I don't mind changing stuff as preventative maintenance
