4.9 stroker?

Just saw this on eBay eBay Item No. 233171662348

Is this just an m5 bottom end with an m62 top end? Is that what the official over finch was? Current stable:
2006 BMW M6
2007 4.2 V8 S/C FF
Gone:
2002 4.4 V8 FF
