Anyone had problems with the "Journey" part of the Remote app on their phone?

Everything had been great until yesterday when the journey recorded ok, but the map only shows a straight line between the start and finish points and no addresses shown at start and finish. All LR cars from 1984

Have you tried rebooting the phone? Not sure it will help but you never know.

I get this occasionally. Have ignored it and it has resolved itself. MY23 D350 HSE
On my 7th RR plus various other JLR vehicles

Rebooted phone, uninstalled app and re-installed still the same.

Let's hope it resolves itself, cos I find it very useful  All LR cars from 1984

Have you recently updated your iPhone software as I had this previously after an update - I am pretty sure it took an update to the App to resolve it 2021 L405 Vogue SE 4.4 V8 DIESEL ~ #17

The iPhone version is 12.1.4 but not sure when it updated as it does it automatically.

Just checked mine. Same issue. Journeys showing correct route on map yesterday but a straight line today 🙁. Running iPhone software 12.1.4 which I am sure i updated last week. You can't swim uphill in custard all the time, sometimes you just have to go with the flow.

Mine did the straight line thing yesterday for the first time and I haven't updated IOS recently, Grrrrrrr

Also, mine stopped showing the odometer reading about a year ago and the dealer hadn't a clue.

Who would I contact to get this sorted?

Mine is all working now and the old journeys which had a straight line are all now ok , but no start and finish addresses!!

The short journey I did today has the correct addresses though.

I had full on ICTPro on my previous F Pace, new on a 67 plate. In one year of ownership the software had to be reloaded three times and it still had gremlins in when I got rid for the current L405. When buying that I asked the dealer if it had ICTPro and he said “unfortunately not”. Nothing unfortunate in that said I, having experienced it I wouldn’t want it again. I; theory its brilliant, in practice and execution its woeful. And who wants American news apps anyway, or ten differentbcar patk listing apps....

Just checked my Android and yes start/finish address missing but now gives a grid reference.
Possibly something to do with privacy laws. My Step son who works overseas on a month about rotation suspected his wife in the UK might have been up to no good in his absence, on returning home he went through the search history on the family computer and noted his wife had been searching how to change the password on Her F Pace phone app. which she had done. He spoke to me and I Suggested he requested new password from the Ap and it gave him the link to change the password as the family computer email was registered to the Ap. once done he was able to view and download all the vehicle journeys that the F pace had done since they bought it 8 months earlier. Unfortunately for his Wife it recorded journeys to the same car park outside the address of the flat owned by a chap she was rumoured to be seeing at some quite un conventional hours and on occasions where she had stated in emails to him she was at other places or visiting her girlfriends for about 6 months. As the routes download to xl he was able to present these to his solicitor to add to the grounds of unreasonable behaviour I think the Decree Nisi is issued in two weeks time. I think there is a delete facility for the journeys Ap which might have been better used than just changing the password. Sad situation all round. F Pace shortly to be going on market. Journey started in a LR2B at 16 and has incl. just about every Land Rover, Disco, RRS and Range Rover Vehicle owned or driven, I even worked for the company when it was owned by BAe - It must be a madness!!! because to add to my 4.4 TDV8 Westminister In Baltic Blue I bought a second L322 as a commuter bus, TD6 2004 Vogue in Oslo Blue with cream leather now both gone replaced with what could turn out to be my biggest mistake.
