My doorhandles are scruffy and let the car down, especially the drivers handle. Has anybody tried these stick on covers? I am thinking of getting the matching Java Black rather than the blingy ones, but dont want them if they are going to be a poor fit or go tatty quickly. The pictures in the ads look OK, but its the feel of the product that will count.

I think it's the powerful uk ones he's referring to. They used to stock the standard Brunel (I think) finish ones which would be ideal but don't seem to do them anymore, I've heard they're good quality covers though 2006 Mercedes CLS

I have the brushed stainless steel covers from Powerfull and the fit is superb, if it wasn't for a very slight lip you can feel but not see at the back of the handle you would never know they are covers.

I have the black ones on my grey FFRR - very good quality, easy to fit and no signs of falling off even after the very cold winter. "On first name terms with my local Dealer......now."

I have the Java Black handles from Powerful and as stated above the fit nicely, however you can feel a lip on the back when you're grabbing the handle. Visually they look the part go for it! |

I might have to get some of these. My handles are a right mess but was alittle worried about the quality of these covers. The alternative it to get someone to re paint them. Another post of the forum said chipsaway can do this. FFRR TD6 HSE

As i was told about spraying them on the actual door and masking off around the handles is overspray no matter how careful you are can penetrate into the door lock mechanism and causing problems with that ......
