United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Santorini Black
Coolant temperature sensor is a Freelander 2 part

Hi All
Just a useful bit of advice in that I've found the 4.4 TDV8 uses the same coolant temperature sensor as a Freelander 2. The part number is LR044930 and it's exactly the same as the range rover variant but lots cheaper. I managed to get one on ebay for £6.99 delivered. When fitting don't try using a 19mm socket to remove the old sensor, as it's held in by a clip you need to lift up and remove (without losing it), then extract the sensor. You can do this without removing the entire inlet manifold but it is a bit fiddly.

Hope this helps
