So paid for the exchange gap tool £180
That was on 21 Feb I thought I am having a weeks holiday so sent off my old unit via the royal mail tracked and signed for on the same day
So back off holiday and I can track my unit to arriving in Canada then nothing so not much point in tracking if it stops half way
Sent an enquiry to the royal mail up to 4days to reply
Sent gap an e-mail to see if its arrived they are on reduced staff until 6 march
So all in all I don't know if the tool is lost delivered or something else and won't find out for days now as the weekend has arrived
So I am sitting without a tool to clear or read faults and you can bet your bottom dollar I will need it
Should have used plan A ,sell the old one and buy a new one would have been a lot easier and much quicker

Chased up the package and it was on hold at Vancouver airport due to weather conditions then bang new ones been dispatched by gap cheers Patrick cheers

New tool being delivered on Monday with a £20 import tax so all in all my old unit plus £200 and £15 posted gets me a new bt tool and some peace of mind

 There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
