I would imagine your door had froze to your rubber surrounding the door aperture... Lubricate the rubber with gummi pledge or another rubber lube |

With the greatest of respect sir, go and open your door and you will see a rubber that runs around the closing face with the body of the car... This is the rubber that dries out and when the weather freezes it has a tendency to stick to the car body, thus proventing you opening the door... 👍
