Steering wheel modernize

I will have a new styling steering wheel, thats is not the problem, the problem ist the heating for the steering wheel , nobody in germany will build it with heating.
I have an old RR Steering wheel with heating, but I can not separate it .

Have anyone a Idea where I can buy a seperatly heating specially for steering wheel .

I know powerfuoll has such a steering wheel with heating, but I will build with an other optic and other leather .

I have build one for my Jaguar (picture) , the work is perfect , but not with heating

I would build like this for the Range , with other leather and other colour and no 12 o`clock stripe



I need the heating only
