Jacking up on the control arm?

I have read that lots of people do it, as there is less suspension travel therefore easier to get the wheel off the floor.

Do you do it?

And which end of the control arm...the inner or the outer which is right by the wheel?

Cheers Thumbs Up

I always use the proper jacking points and use a hack that lifts high enough

+1,
But I then put an axle stand under the inner end once the wheel is off as a “just in case” whilst I am working.
