They had a 2014 RRS stolen.. there is no way a faraday bag was defeated, they were not using it or they had not closed it, simple as that. Ultimately its our insurance costs that suffer.

You have to wonder in this instance whether or not the car keys were in the "correct" compartment of the faraday pouch.

Looking at their MO, it's tempting to set up a Home Alone (TM) style tar n feathers arrangement above ones front door. Triggering via the car's alarm would save manual effort.

Of course the owners may have had the other set of keys stored somewhere else in the house without protection. David

I have double checked my 2 fobs in seperate farraday pouches and they work as intended  Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, where,s the f**king ceiling!!

I think they have misrepresented this as a theft in this way... Watch the video and you will see the alarm/hazard lights flash whilst its being stolen! I would guess they have broken in through the passenger door lock hence the alarm activation...
