Hi, been ages since I did it (at the same time as the alternator)
IIRC the fan shroud was a pain to remove, have to take care of the Air Con pipes and there is much flexing and swearing to get it shifted. The fan itself was quite easy with a cranked fan spanner and a home made stick to wedge the mechanism, one sharp tap got the viscous coupling loose.
After that it was just a matter of putting a 12" adjustable on the tensioner with a pipe over the end to move that out of the way and the belt came off quite easily, of course paying attention to it's route before removing
