I'm having a bit of a problem with a Tonga touch up set. I've shook it for about half an hour but it's still coming out almost black. It's miles off the actual colour of the car.

have you done a test on a scrap bit of metal or similar, it might dry to the proper tonga colour. ... - .- -.

Hmm, I'll try that but I doubt it. The bits that need doing have already been touched by the last owner (he provided the kit) and they looked like tar splashes at 1st glance.

Place the touch-up stick in warm water for 10 minutes then give it a good shake |
