I have just read through pages of posts all called things like "Sat Nav again" or "Sat Nav issue". 186 irrelevant threads in total and many more posts and replies.

However, when the title of of a post has a meaningful phrase in it, it makes finding a related issue much easier.

For example a new thread with the title: "Sat Nav Error 6532 on start up", would enable someone with the same issue to get straight to the most relevant posts rather than having to trawl through 186 threads.
