Door Card Trim Removal - Lower cubby hole Wood/Plastic trim

Any one know how to remove the plastic/wood trim on the cubby hole on the door cards? Want to remove and refurb in piano black but unsure of how to remove? Second option being go to a breakers yard and have a play??

Remove door card ant they are held in with 10mm nuts each end Thumbs Up
