yep - they are pain to buy from.

if you buy from thier ebay shop you pay less than if you're in their branch. you can't be in the branch and say "well i want to buy it via your ebay store" as they will not let you pay over the counter for an 'ebay' purchase.

however, you can buy via thier ebay shop, on your phone, whilst you're in the branch but even if there is no other customers in the branch they still make you wait an hour before they will give you the bits over the counter.
