Drop link washers Help!

Hi, Quick question.
I am in the middle of replacing the drop links to the front ARB
The bottom bolt wouldn't budge so had to cut it off.
Anyway does the bottom have a washer like the top?
In the process of cutting it the original was destroyed i cannot tell if there was a washer?
Any help gratefully received
