I’d of thought it was ‘buyer beware’ if you state sold as seen and / or show the damage photographically.

Absolutely no chance I would try and hide the damage. It was more a case of its its 100% clear it will need a new tyre I will buy one and not even bother selling it as is.. |

Here's the scenario:- You're driving down the Motorway, that Tyre deflates rapidly causing you to loose control. The Vehicle flips & impacts another vehicle killing you & the other family in that car

Not strictly an mot failure unless cords are visible or deep enough to reach cords (mainly down to tester discretion) Think about tyres with the thicker rim protectors.. see many like this when mot testing and many other items that you would think are failable but are not.. not saying that i would drive with that tyre though... sell it as a wheel with a free knackered tyre that WILL need changing and then it is down to the buyer.. 2004 td6 l322 - gone

New tyre it is then.. Lots of interesting comments from people that don't really read original post and make up scenarios..

Yes they are OF Olympus but 22". I am gutted as they are 99% perfect on the front but a couple of marks on the rear that I did.
