Flip the cap up which covers the locating bolt for the wiper arm - it may just be as simple as the cap isn't locked down in place properly or its gummed up inside the cap (which routes the water from the pipe behind the motor into the nozzles) Current Fleet:-

The jet is in the cap which snaps down over the arm retaining nut. If its not snapped down correctly it will leak. I think a stupid design as they can split/crack etc. My one failed so I ran a thin drill into the shaft to remove the plastic inset and fitted a BMW Mini rear washer jet which works fine.
