external temp

Hi all i had replaced my battery on my full fat which was not a problem but upon connection the external temp on the dash shown Fahrenheit and not Celsius also the display on the fuel consumption has also disappeared on the head unit but displays on the dash i have removed the battery terminals and done the discharged a few times but to no avail HELP please Bow down Bow down
