Well done automatrics, brilliant job.

What a mess they'd made of that awesome sounding Range Rover, they should bring back the Birch or worse for low life that does this sort of thing. BMW i3 Electric Car

Spent the rest of the evening watching more automatrics vids!
The 'find' bit is quite moreish.

Watched one where they found a Bimmer M2, has been partially stripped within a few hours of the theft. In that case the keys were not by the door but they still relayed the signal even though the keys were upstairs.

Also interesting is in the case of the SVR: was it left there because they could not find the tracker?. I've heard cars can be left somewhere like that the thieves wait for a few days to see if they are recovered.

I also wonder if the thieves have got a tracker reader, like a bug detector they use to 'sweep' a room in the movies. i.e. do they know if it's being tracked?

. Cheers, Greg

I've been subscribed to Automatrics channel for some time, it is fascinating watching them track down the stolen gear, this is one from earlier on this year where they found a machine in a unit rented by some Polish guys. When you see inside it is packed with tools etc likely stolen from builders vans, motorbikes and quads all likely stolen, there also seems to be a hell of a lot of diesel stored in containers outside the unit, again likely stolen Evil or Very Mad

 Cheers Ian

Likewise, their videos started appearing in my YouTube recommended list a year or two ago, and I watch them every so often, including this one being LR/RR related! Very interesting to watch how they do the searches, with what appears to be quite a good tracking system with both GPS/cellular tracking and radio frequency homers for close range hunting.

Seem pretty reasonably priced as well, for what seems to be a pretty good system, with decent support.

Clearly their system works, it's a shame it was delayed due to the legal system. For me personally, I refused to have a tracker on my cars and caravan despite being pressured by insurance companies, if some low life has taken my car or caravan I really dont want it back.

Interesting video for sure, thanks for sharing. BMW i3 Electric Car
