L405 Front Seats Head Restraints

Does anybody know how to remove the electric head restraints on the front seats
I need to change the passenger one as it is not comfortable for my partner. Big Cry

Take the lower back panel off to get to the bottom of the stalks where you will see the clips that hold it to the motor mech...

Hi
Do you know if is the same for a 18 plate car
Car has electric headrests up / down that tilt forward electrically also fully fold forward when button operated from boot panel.
