up grade

hi just wondering if I can up grade my entertainment system in my 2009 rangerover, im looking for 2010 satnav upgrade and the same for the stereo because I realy want dab, is it just software or is it a whole new system Thumbs Up LANDROVER HISTORY 2000 DISCOVERY 2 E. 2003 DISCOVERY 2 ES. 2005 DISCOVERY 3 HSE, 2009 RANGEROVER WESTMINSTER

Probably easier and cheaper to buy a newer car Twisted Evil .
