My FBH works on the timer but I cannot get the remote to work.

I have tried new battery in the remote and gone through the pairing process but all the remote does when you press the on button is flash green quickly for a few seconds which I think means out of range but it is doing this when I am next to the vehicle.

A lot of people on here seem to have paired a T91 remote when they have the older T90 reciever, I have the late T91 remote and reciever but I have a T90 remote from my Defender set up so I have tried to pair that to my T91 reciever but no luck. Can anyone confirm if the T90 remote should pair with the later reciever and is there a need to unpair a remote from one reciever before pairing with a new one. Has anyone paired a secondhand remote sucessfully.

I do not carry the remote with me and would be quite happy to use the T90 as it just sits on the window sill to fire up the heater from the house.

Could the problem be with the reciever and not the remote, any idea how to test it.

Is there anybody within say 30 miles of Hexham who I could visit and either try and pair my remote with their reciever or the other way round to confirm which unit is at fault

The answer to any or all of the above would be great.

Yes I have the reciever in the boot and the origional remote that came with the vehicle it is just that it will not re-pair. 2010 3.6TDV8 Stornoway Grey/ Black interior - gone

once i installed the receiver in my 2007 i disconnected the power at the receiver and then held the 'off' butron down and it paired. Sorry i cant be more help. 2015 4.4 AB
