Is tis possible. I ask because I have some L322 wheels and winter tyres in storage, and could use them if winter gets a bit naughty.

It will depend on size and style. Some 322 wheels would not clear the 405 brake calipers, and one would need to check that the overall size of wheel and tyre together would be right, so for example 19" wheels with 255/55R19 tyres would have the car sitting lower (and the speedo reading higher) than 405 20" wheels with 255/55R20 tyres. But the 322 20" wheels with 255/55R20 tyres should be the same size as 20" 405 wheels with that size of tyre. Earlier 322 wheels have different bolts to the later ones, the later ones seem the same as the 405 bolts. Only Range Rovers since 1988
