L322 MY 2010 Drivers door locking module

Tech help needed,
does anyone know if you can try a used (second hand) drivers door module (BH42 14D618 AA) On my 2010 L322 or will it be security programmed to the donor vehicle ?? my car`s got medium speed Can bus issues and it`s pointing to this module, i wanted to try one before purchasing new,

I’d also like to know if a swap a Drivers Door Module from a doner car, will it just work or how would I reprogram it.
By the way, I have an IIDTool.

No i don't think you can... I tried this on one of my 322's when i added reclining rear seats and it made the whole car act strange! No locking, no windows, no speakers etc etc... Just my experience...
