How long have you owned your FFRR?

In February 2019 I will have owned my 02 TD6 ten years. That’s the longest I’ve kept a car!

I had my TD6 for 11 years until it gave up the ghost in the summer, never have kept a car longer than 2 years. It was 11 years of pain but I miss it..... replaced it with a similar aged 4.4 Petrol and the difference is actually palpable from a towing perspective. Which is all they really do. Would love an L405 but finances and brain says wait....... Rolling with laughter

On this one, 7 months. Has cost £6624 in that time. Hopefully the outlay will start dropping soon...

Prior to this one, 6 years with a 2002 and prior to that 6 years with a P38 (all petrol).

Just 12 1/2 months with this one.

After a pretty major hiccup at 10 1/2 months it needs to prove itself again, but really hope it does as it’s now my all time favourite car (and that’s really going some to displace the D4’s, the Citroen XM’s and the R53 Cooper S as all time bests!). Thumbs Up

If it stays good to 4 years (and around 135,000 miles), I’ll hang on to it for some considerable while longer Thumbs Up

This one we've had since about 2010, previous P38 4.6 for 11 years, but this one has cost us a load of cash, P38 almost never let us down

I've had mine almost thirteen and a half years. I bought it in May 2005.

It has cost me quite a lot of money in the last three years but I still love it. Whatever it has cost me it is still cheaper than buying a new one.
