Fifth Gear tonight was Bentley against SVR Spert

Was reasonably interesting however the outcome seemed to be WHY? They liked the Bentley (from the inside). Most sense came from the male presenter who indicated he would by a proper? 4X4 and a sports car for the price of the Bentley, each to their own I suppose.....

I thought the Full Fat might have been a better choice for comparison, but if I’m honest, if you take the base car price, ie entry level RRS it’s got to be a third of the price of the entry level Bentley if not cheaper.

They were fair I think though, just didn’t think the cars were on a slightly undeveloped playing field.

Bentley make nice luxury cruisers and Land Rover make nice off roaders, and I think that historical DNA showed in both.

I’d like to have a go in both.
