The 2011 brochure I have shows the front seat covers (black) as VPLM S0086PVJ for HSE and VPLMS0085PVJ for Vogue SE and AB, the sand ones are the same but SUN at the end instead of PVJ.
Having had seat covers on both 2004 and 2012 cars (Vogue/WM respectively) my experience was that while the front seats were different, one could maybe get away with putting the older style seat covers on the later cars at the front, but the rear seats are sufficiently different that the old covers don't work there at all. When I changed between the two cars I tried the old seat covers, the front ones seemed just about to fit, but they were not perfect, and there might possibly be a question over the side airbag exit aperture, you would need to check with someone more expert than I am if you happen to have an old style set and want to use it.
The 2004 price list I have shows the part number you quote as the front seat covers in sand for (older) seats other than comfort seats, so not right for your later car. Only Range Rovers since 1988
