Lazy lower tailgate II

I have an issue with my lower tailgate. It doesn't quite 'nip up' and catch on the right side sometimes. A little helping hand and all is good but it doesn't quite seat home on its own. Any easy adjustment? Oiled the mechanism but no improvement.
