Sim Not Supported

So, after a less that satisfactory prep by the dealer, I picked up my 2018 RR SDV8 AB yesterday.

I was going to post some pictures of the Bosphorous Grey and Vintage Tan spec, but the rainy whether has nixed that idea.

I am having a small problem ... tried 3 SIMs that all work in other cars, but give me the message "SIM not supported". Tried a brand new SIM with no luck.

Can anybody offer any advice in helping me get this to work?

My MY18 does exactly the same. I think it's a dealer fix, but haven't been bothered to take it back yet!
