Tow bar loom is it complete

Hi all, i got a tow bar 7 pin with the loom and ecu it from a 2002 l322 was going to fit this and when i opened up the box the loom was cut in two the breakers cut it about 10inches from where the white connector and the black one on the ecu. The thing is the wires are cut uneven and it looks as if some/thing is cut out of the loom would i be right in saying that the wires from the tow bar plug in socket go straight to the white and black plug connectors and there is nothing in between thanks
