Droning noise at exactly 1000 revs !

For the last 4 months I have been getting a droning noise when the engine is at 1000 Revs regardless of acceleration or deceleration. It sounds like a light aircraft is near you. It is very noticable when driving at low speeds and especially in a car park which is covered...Any ideas folks..?
It has been at the dealers but they can't find anything at the moment so it is rebooked in...the issue occured as soon as I got the car back from the Dealers following a Turbo drain mod so maybe something to do with that.. ?

Thanks I need more help than most...sorry !!

muppet, take it back and ask them to double check the nuts and bolts and maybe realign the cross member they had to drop when doing the turbo drain mod...

Check your engine mounts as if like the SDV6 in the Discovery they are vacuum operated. A pipe can easily be knocked off. Thumbs Up
