07 RRSC Transmission problem (intermittent fault)

Hi All,
My truck will sometimes have a RPM surge, big thump then throw a transmission fault and stuck in 3rd gear. It will go back to normal after I clear the faults. Below is the fault codes and the one always comes up is the Running Board U0416 first then the other VIM fault codes.
Anyone has similar experience? Any advice?

Jon
