Removing Headrests? Anyone know how?

Has anyone removed the headrests from their RR at all easily? Prefably without having to take the seats out?

Want to fit my RSE but can't say I really want to take seats out Sad Used to have:
2005 FFRR 4.4 Vogue - BRC LPG Conversion & Remapped

Now have:
2008 SSRR 3.6 TDV8 - HSE and plenty of toys

only four bolts holding the seat in place , and very easy to get the seat out..its also an opportunity to clean under the seat properly..

If you have the seats pre the inset headrests at the top of the chair, then put the headrest up at the top and give each shaft a hard tap upwards to release the pop in holders, but if you are fitting a rear screen set then you'll need to get in by removing the lower leater cover and the fun filled plastic filler to allow you to route the cables correctly on re-assembly

Or maybe try this remove the rear panel behind the seat.

If I remember there is a couple of screws at the bottom of the seat,if you undo them remove the bottom half then the top, you should be able to remove the poles from the electric rail.
