My 2017 Vogue has timed climate, which I used to be able to access from the mobile app. Now there's nothing in car and the app is set to off. When I turn the app on it asks when I want this to start. The earliest option is the next day but even when you select and save this option it doesn't reappear the next day. I've even stayed up until midnight to try and catch it as it changes over but that didn't work.

What's wrong or what am I doing wrong. Manual and dealer of no help at all.

On the last couple of pages if you have an Android phone rolling back the app version solved missing journeys.
Maybe sort out the timed climate as well ??

Thanks ADI. Can't roll back iPhone IOs but tried deleting the app and re-installing. Had to sign in again but you need to do that regulalry anyway.
Long story shortened, it didn;t make any difference.

For anyone else suffering this issue, I recommend you use the webasto mobile app, far more features and verybuser friendly. I can't speak for RR. But my Audi had the same issue, they updated it and broke it. My solution was to use the app for Audi stuff (pre loading navigation routes and so on) and I then used the webasto app for everything heating related, I am not sure how well integrated the RR app is with the cars AC Hvac system but on the Audi I could even use the Webasto app to set a pre defined temperature for the cabin. Rather than just Hot I could specify 24c etc.

Worth a look at. And an easy ish upgrade to the existing webasto using. Just do away with the T91 receiver and install the SIM card receiver instead, and then you do not have to be in range of the car to press the button, you can use the app instead
