No the pins are regarded as wearing parts, they can be cleaned and reused with a little care but not by a LR dealer, you are just a cash cow to be milked. letters not necessarily in the right order |

Taking mine in today for replacement of warped front discs and one disc has a line of rust around the whole disc, car is under warranty so we’ll see what happens L405, MY14 3.0 V6 |

Well, just returned from Inchcape Land Rover Preston, Front discs and pads replaced under warranty, no charge whatsoever, rear discs are ok according the “technician” as they call them these days, but rear pads replaced, £240, they offered to split the cost 50/50 with me so £120 job done. I’m well pleased with the outcome really considering I bought an approved used car some 5 months ago and have covered approx 2,500 miles since purchase. L405, MY14 3.0 V6 |
