My Westie is wrapped up in its cover – safe from the elements back in Romania. And will do an update on that when I am back in Oct.
BUT the question I wanted to ask was about Rochdale Rust Proofing that has had good previous reviews from Baltic Blue and other… Has anyone used them recently? Is the service still as good? There was a hint about change of ownership… I am planning to get mine proofed whilst on the MOT and family run during November. Probably get them to MOT as well.
Any feedback appreciated….

Sorry but I have not had any further contact with Dinitrol place , but one member made an enquiry recently and they were still doing the work but was quoted a higher price.

I took my car to AJR in Oldham for its MOT this year (Local Range Rover independent ) and he commented how clean it was underneath and that they had done a good job. (It is 2 years since it was done now. Also if you know the area, it is in Shaw, near the level crossing).

Thanks for that ! Well taken the plunge and booked it in for the process. The guy I spoke to seemed sound and knew the intricaies of our beasts.
Yes - the price is a lot more than you paid - but in-line with some of the other places advertising waxoyl etc. Payment is cash or bank transfer as the Rust proofing side of business is kept separate from the garage - and is not up for sale! That is fair enough as card services have a price.
When I get it done - will upload the pics they send of work in progress and my opinion of the service. That will be beginning of November
