I have owned the TD6 L322 for about 18 months and ever since I have had it I have heard a whistling whoosh sound every time I lift my foot off the accelerator. It's not particularly loud, I only really hear it when I have the window open and my passengers never claim to be able to hear it, but it's definitely there. Is this normal, and if not, what could it be. It sounds like I have the smallest, quietest dump valve ever invented. RR History

It's a sigh of relief from the engine. John

The TD6 goes into limp mode at the slightest whiff of turbo trouble so if it’s goung ok then alls well, it’s the whoosh when you accelerate that you have to worry about. |

Thanks all, that's one less thing to worry about. The list is still plenty long enough though RR History
