Help Upgrading the MiD LCD head unit to the Sat Nav unit??

Hi there I am selling an original 2002 sat Nav stereo unit with the screen etc.

I have a buyer who has a 2004 L322 and an PCD MID unit- picture attached of the type.

How easy is it to upgrade from his to mine? Will he need anything else

I’m guessing he will pretty much need everything that’s in the rear left of your boot, as the screen is just that, only a screen.

Not looked in a car with the mid unit though, maybe he has some of the units already.

I’m not an expert on going from one to the other, but I’d find a buyer who has a faulty screen and just needs a new one, or sell to your current buyer on the understanding he might need to buy further parts.....

Cheers, I thought that and I have those parts that I could sell him.

Big question, will he need a new loom??
