Drivnig to work today and the head unit rebooted four times then froze!!!!!!

first thing i would do is to take the disc out , inspect and re-insert..check for water ingress or damage...a battery dis-connection and re-connection might help if al is ok in the the first suggestion .. ... - .- -.

Apparently it's a common fault, you can buy a fix on ebay for £150, or replace the laser unit yourself if you're brave enough! Range Rover-less at the moment - Pining! |

If its the laser then i'm fine woth doing that myself. Dont think there is any water ingress - the car is always garaged and never had water issues before (but will check). "On first name terms with my local Dealer......now."
