strange noise coming from behind glove box

2003 L322 3.0 litre.

My fatty seems to of developed a noise coming from behind the glove box ( RH drive, so glove box is located on left )
Yesterday I shut the engine off and could hear a sound like pressure venting, a bit like coolant pressure venting. I opened the bonnet and no evidence of pressure cap venting or leaking then I could hear a noise that sounded like a fan slowly spinning in the bulk head where the glove box would be on other side. it lasted for a few minutes after shutting the engine off.
There is no leaking of coolant into the cabin, carpets etc are dry.
I have replaced the FSR about a year ago
I have some parasitic battery draw currently that flattens the battery after a few days.
So was thinking that possibly the heater fan might be coming on when I am not at the vehicle.

Below the battery (behind the glovebox/fuses, but in the engine bay/wheelarch) .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember Wink

I had a look on my IIDtool BT and it had AUX Heater marked as "active" , I presume this is the FBH, so I made it "inactive."

Do Australian delivery vehicles have an FBH?

I remember the P38A never got the cold weather options in Oz. Maybe the L322 didn't either. Laughing Ron B. VK2OTC

Well, JC knows his Land Rovers. I'd trust him not just because he had my wife and I over for dinner when we were in Hobart. Very Happy Ron B. VK2OTC
